The road that goes from the village of Sainte Anne de Campbon to the small town of Pontchâteau is winding and quite picturesque; before entering the town, it passes through the woods along the Brivet River. It is an extremely pleasant walk during the beautiful spring days.
At about the same distance from Sainte Anne and Pontchâteau is a small chapel dedicated to a little known saint, Saint Lomer. The neighboring village, quite important, also bears this name.
The chapel has the shape of a rectangle of 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, according to the old measurements and quite exactly: two annexes of 10 feet in square form the arms of the cross.
