Ideally located between ALBI (30 mn) and TOULOUSE (50 minutes from the airport with national and international flights), this beautiful white stone house is nestled in the heart of the “golden triangle”, the great tourist sites and the vineyards of the Gaillacois, and has been totally renovated by its owners while respecting the authenticity of the place.
It is immediately operational to develop guest rooms and has the advantage of having a “private” part in the house, for its future owners.

• ON THE GROUND FLOOR
  The entrance allows you to access a large living room (35m2) with fireplace and wood stove, very beautiful original sandstone tiles on the floor. The next room is a large equipped kitchen, open to the dining room (40m2). A sliding bay window gives immediate access to the terrace for lunch under the flowered gazebo…
  A back kitchen hides a small staircase to go up in your apartments!
  Still on the ground floor, a 15m2 bedroom with a bay window overlooking the garden; this room is separated by a dressing room from its 8m2 bathroom (double sinks, shower and toilet).
  Accessible from the entrance the laundry room of 9 m2 with an additional toilet.

• ON THE FLOOR
  A beautiful oak staircase (original) will lead you directly there.
