Length of time personal data is kept

The length of time personal data is kept varies according to the purpose for which it was collected.

The data concerning the real estate advertisements are kept in a management database for three years after the last commercial relationship, and in a compressed historical database for 5 years in order to satisfy the legal obligations concerning the administrations and the judicial authorities.

The documents and accounting records are kept for 10 years as accounting proof.

The data relating to the bank cards are preserved by PayPal until the complete payment and, at ends of proof in the event of complaint, during 13 months, or 15 months if it acts of a card of payment with deferred debit. The cryptogram of the bank cards is kept only for the time necessary to carry out each transaction.
